Return/Refund Policy: 

Braidedwigs.com  wants you to be satisfied with your  purchase.

All our products are custom/hand made items and we do not offer refunds unless the wrong order was mistakenly sent and or delivered.

Any wrong orders that are returned must remain unopened and not worn and in the original product packaging for full refund to be issued.  No refunds will be issued on any returns that are open and/or worn products.  All returns wanting a full refund must be received within seven (7) days of original delivery date in original package unopened in original packaging and not worned.  Additional shipping and handling is at the customers/buyers expense.

All shipping charges are non refundable.

Exchange Policy: We want you to be satisfied with your order. We allow one exchange per item. Exchanges will be issued to all unworned items that are in original packaging and of equal or greater value. Any items exchanged that are of lesser value than original purchase will receive a store credit for the remaining credit balance. All exchanges must be received within seven days (7) of original delivery date. All custom products are non-exchangeable. Exchange item will not be delivered until original order is recieved by BraidedWigs.com exchange department. All Shipping charges are non refundable. Additional shipping and handling is at the customers/buyers expense. All exchanges are final.

  

Department Store Credit:

Store credit is valid for the purchase of any product(s). To redeem store credit you must purchase online. Store Credit may be used towards your next purchase nomatter what the cost may be. . Store credit is valid for one year from the date it was issued.

Refused packages, Wrong addresses and Failed Delivery Attempts

If a package delivery is returned because UPS, FedEx or USPS made three unsuccessful delivery attempts, wrong address, or customer refused the package and sent back to us for any reason, the returned shipping cost will be automatically deducted from the customer’s Store Credit or Refund. If you want your order to be shipped back to you again, you may do so by paying the shipping and handling fee again with a "return to shipper fee” which is the amount you paid for the shipping and handling when you first placed the order.

 

 

 
 Charge Back
Charge Back customers will be charged $30.00 to cover the Charge Back Claim Fee imposed by the credit company. Only Money Orders will be accepted as payment from Charge Back customers for future purchases.

People who do Credit Card Fraud and Theft of Our Merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
